Lead Time
In stock products usually arrive within 7-10 business days.
For special orders, time table is based on manufacturer availability and production.
Products are ordered at the time order is placed and 50% deposit has been paid. However, COS is not responsible for delays due to Manufacturer production or shipping company delays.
Warranty
All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for a minimum of 2yrs or more depending on the product and the manufacturer. Warranties are listed per item and per Manufacturer.
Installation Services
Installation services are available upon request and is priced per project.
Terms and Conditions
When placing an order, fifty percent of total quote is required upon acceptance of sale. Remaining balance due upon completion.
Damaged Goods:
Though it does not happen often, occasionally damages may occur to product (s) during shipping. When this happens COS will document such damage and a replacement of the same item will be ordered immediately. If for some reason the item is no longer available, COS will do their best to source a replacement item of equal value and acceptable to the client.
COS is not responsible for damages that occur after installation or normal everyday use.
